BatchPass

BatchPass is Windows file verification software built for people who need a repeatable way to check files before delivery. It checks folders against reusable Profiles and identifies issues such as missing, duplicate, empty, misnamed, oversized, or sequence-gap files. Clear PASS, WARN, and FAIL results show whether a delivery is ready or needs review. Saved Records document the checked state of a folder, while Verify Folder uses SHA-256 file fingerprints to identify Missing, Unexpected, or Modified files later. Compare Versions shows Added, Removed, Modified, Unchanged, and Likely Renamed files between saved versions. BatchPass can also create PDF and CSV reports for project records and handoffs. It is local-first Windows desktop software, and ordinary audits are read-only: BatchPass reports issues without silently moving, renaming, deleting, or repairing your files.
