You see what your house will cost over the coming years, whether a contractor’s quote is fair, and when repair stops beating replacement — the operating model professional property managers use, applied to the house you live in.

The model treats a house as 23 components, each with a sourced lifespan range and per-country cost data. From that you get a year-by-year plan, a fair-price check when a quote lands, and a written mandate that commits the contractor to scope and price before work starts.

Built in Helsinki by Karolina Sarna and Sander Moorees, who has managed property maintenance professionally for over 20 years. The methodology is public and free; the app is €37/year.
